OVERVIEW
This article outlines our fulfillment schedule and some features to help minimize order edits. We ask that all orders are submitted in full so that we can process them right away. Any pending orders should be submitted as Drafts or Reservations.
ORDER SUBMISSION AND EDIT POLICY
- Final Submission: Once an order is formally submitted, it will be processed by our warehouse teams and cannot be edited.
- Pricing Flexibility: You can still edit line-item pricing, discounts, and credits on a locked order up until 12:00pm on the day before the delivery date.
-
Leverage Drafts and Inventory Reservation: Using features like Draft Orders and Inventory Reservation to prepare and hold stock before final order submission.
CUTOFF TIMES AND ORDER BUNDLING
The order cutoff is specifically for the final delivery processing schedule.
-
Marketplace Order Cutoff:
- Orders placed by a retailer on the prior day will be fulfilled at 10:00 AM.
- Orders placed on the day of the cutoff must be submitted by 12:00 PM (cutoff time) for same-day processing.
Adding to an Existing Order (Bundling): If you need to add units to an already submitted and locked order, please create a separate order to the same retailer and delivery date. This additional order must be submitted before the cutoff time for the original order's delivery date and retail location to be bundled for delivery.
RECOMMENDATIONS
- Submit orders early and in full. Placing complete and accurate orders helps reduce unnecessary burdens on all parties involved and ensures a smoother fulfillment process.
- If a retailer or brand needs to add units to an existing order, it is recommended to place a new order entirely. Nabis will automatically bundle the new order with the existing one where appropriate.
- If you would like to place an order that may require edits, you must utilize the drafts/reservations feature. This will build the order and save it so you can work on it later and submit when it's ready.
- Additionally, you may utilize the Inventory Reservation feature, which also takes it one step further and allocates inventory to your draft order, ensuring it won't be out of stock when you're ready to submit.
- Utilize the Sales Rule tool to configure custom pricing for each client. This ensures that submitted orders reflect accurate, pre-approved pricing and reduces the need for downstream edits.
-
To maximize order value, brands are encouraged to submit orders that bundle with Retailer-submitted Marketplace Orders, allowing for upselling and additional product placement within the same delivery window.
