Donation and Trade Samples are required to be standalone orders, and any additional inventory to be sent to the same retail location must be submitted as a separate order.
-
Donation and Trade Sample orders will automatically be designated as a sample order with the follow criteria, which remains unchanged, as follows::
-
Order value can be no larger than $75.00, Nabis delivery fee is $60.00
-
If you are submitting these order types in addition to a regular inventory order, please be sure to submit the regular order first, so you have an available date to bundle the sample order with.
-
If you are not submitting a corresponding regular inventory order to the same retail location, the selectable dates for this sample order will be our next trip to that Retail location, or our next available date to that Retailer's territory. As with our current system, sample order types may not always follow our typical 36 hour turnaround time

Staff Samples and Promotional Units only require an adjusted Price Per Unit in the Nabis order form and do not require a distinct sample designation.
Trade Samples and Display Samples should be pulled from a distinct sample SKU in the Nabis Inventory tab and should be submitted as such on future pick-up/drop-off orders. For now, any inventory item can be designated as a Trade or Display sample, but we may restrict this to be only available for Sample inventory in the near future. Donation items, however, can be allocated from the sample or regular inventory.
