PROCEDURES
Brand will create order in Nabis site under the action “Nabis Picks Up From Brand”
In the licensed entity section, select the manufacturing license where the product is being collected
***You can only add up to 60 line items on a single manifest. If your pick up requires more, please create an additional order***

Submit the order and email help@nabis.com the following information:
Desired pick up window in email (helpful to have ops contact from pick up location cc’d on email thread). Nabis team will confirm if the requested time slot works, or will propose another time
# of pallets & weight of pallets (this will determine # of trucks needed & the possibility of multiple pick up days)
Temperature sensitivities, if any
Ability to assist pallet loading i.e. forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
If any of the contents of this pick up need to be transferred to another Nabis hub, please include quantities to be transferred in this email, and create a transfer order (you can submit a transfer BEFORE we intake any product, so immediately after submitting the pick up order)
Nabis will contact the pick up location 1hr prior to arrival using the contact info on the order

During the pick up, our driver will use numbers on Master Packs to confirm order counts, but will NOT open the Masters to confirm Case Packs
Brand representative should be present and sign off on line items as they are confirmed by our driver — intake times could be impacted by miscounts

Product should be in master cases and taped (not folded) shut
Properly wrap/brace and secure all product on pallets to prevent damage during transport — BASE of pallet needs to be wrapped
Provide partials first so we may sticker them as such, if they are not labeled already
If we are collecting product that will not be immediately ordered against, please identify those units/masters/pallets as such so we can properly store urgently needed units in a convenient location for picking and packing, vs longer term storage

The METRC manifest is the most important document when receiving product. The Nabis invoice may differ from the METRC manifest
If the quantity of any line item is MORE than what is listed on the METRC manifest the brand/manufacturer will need to edit the METRC manifest before departure
If the quantity of product is more or less than the Nabis invoice but the same as the METRC this is usually fine. Any drastic differences can be communicated to dispatch or inbound
Please supply hardcopy of the METRC manifest, as well as associated tags — tags may be attached to the boxes or with the paperwork
We reserve the right to take up to 2 business days (excluding weekends) to intake a new order to properly verify the quantities and compliance of your product.

NABIS PRE-INTAKE FORM

REQUIRED FORM FOR EVERY INTAKE ORDER:
All intake orders (Pick up from Brand, Brand Drops off to Nabis) will require a Pre-Intake Form to be completed prior to Nabis picking up. This form will tell us what vehicle to send so that we can accommodate the pick up. If the form is not submitted prior to the pick-up date, Nabis may not send an appropriate vehicle to pick-up all products
The form will be sent automatically to the user who submitted the intake order (provided their notification settings are turned on correctly). If for any reason you did not receive a link to complete the form via email, please double-check your Account Notification settings in Nabis, or just bookmark this link for future use:
