OVERVIEW
All Nabis warehouses are temperature-controlled, and inventory rooms are kept at ~60 degrees Fahrenheit
All Nabis vehicles have temperature-controlled cargo areas that are also kept at ~60 degrees Fahrenheit when in transit.
If you would like any special inventory conditions outside of the above, please follow the steps below:
- Email Partnerships@nabis.com to request special temperature-sensitive handling for your products
- An additional % fee will be charged to your current transportation fee. Once the cost is approved, accounting will be notified to charge the additional fee moving forward.
- During product creation, you should toggle the "Cold storage required" option on. If you are requesting Cold Storage on already created products, please go back to that product and toggle the option on.
- Finally, email help@nabis.com to let us know which SKUs have cold storage requirements, and when we will expect to receive them.
- Make sure all boxes that need to be frozen have "Keep Frozen" on the sides.
| Cold-Handling Tier | Typical Products | Storage Conditions |
| Shelf-Stable | Most typical cannabis products | ~60 degrees F |
| Frozen | High quality concentrates | 0-10 degrees F |
Note: All steps above must be completed in order for Nabis Operations to handle your product outside of our standard warehouse and vehicle conditions.
