PROCEDURES

In the Nabis Portal, the brand will create a “new order” and indicate under the action “Brand Picks-Up from Nabis”

In the title of the order, include “Garden of Weeden/LA” or “Nabitwo/OAK” so that the Nabis team will know which location the product will be picked up from.

In the licensed entity section, select the receiving license that Nabis will transfer this product to in METRC. (Please email over the transporting license number if different from the recipient).

Submit the order and email help@nabis.com the following information:

Preferred pick-up date and time in the email. Nabis team will confirm the requested time slot based on the preexisting routes.

Where the COA’s need to be emailed to.

Transporting license number, vehicle and driver information for the METRC paperwork.

Vehicle Make, Model, License Plate

Driver’s License #, Full Name, Employee ID

Nabis team will add an accounting fee to the order.

Nabis will provide the packed product, and a copy of the METRC and Nabis manifest. Brand’s representative picking up the product will sign a copy of each manifest for Nabis’ records.

Signature of the manifest acknowledges that all contents are accounted for. Please verify the order contents before signing and taking possession of the product.

Products will be loaded into a compliant vehicle and the order will be marked as “delivered” in the Nabis Portal, and the unit will be deducted from the available inventory.

Nabis will hand a signed Nabis manifest to the accounting team, and a signed METRC manifest to the dispatch team.
SPECIFICS
On the day of product pick-up, the brand is to notify the Nabis team 1 hour prior to arrival.

Please advise your driver to call your point person from Nabis during the coordination process upon arrival. Our security team would appreciate it if we can notify them with a 10-min warning. It’s a large brick building called The Cannery. There is parking but it is not ours - so please do not enter and keep passing it slowly and you will turn into our garage directly from San Leandro. Our recommendation is to come from High St. as you won’t have to make a left across traffic and we will be on the right side of the road. |
