OVERVIEW
This article will explain the different Nabis Delivery Statuses and what they mean.
STATUSES
Unscheduled
Definition: Order is submitted and no action has been made by Nabis
When is this flipped: By default when order is submitted. Also when an order is rescheduled and needs to be reconfirmed by Remote Dispatch
Scheduled
Definition: Order is scheduled with the retailer. If we are unable to reach the retailer via email and phone, any pending are then flipped the afternoon before delivery
When is this flipped: As orders are confirmed by retailer, up to 48 hours in advance by Remote Dispatch, and the remainder the afternoon before delivery
In Transit
Definition: Order is in the delivery vehicle
When is this flipped: Morning of once vehicle is on the road by Dispatch
Canceled
Definition: When brand/retailer requests to cancel an order
When is this flipped: Either the brand selects cancel OR Nabis selects by specific request from brand
Delivered
Definition: Order was successfully delivered on time and in full
When is this flipped: Shortly after the time of delivery. Sweeps for pending non- terminal orders completed by evening of scheduled delivery by Dispatch
Delivered with Edits
Definition: Inventory-related edits (mispacks, partial rejections). Does not include edits to terms or pricing
When is this flipped: During and/or post delivery by Customer Experience
Delayed
Definition: Retailer requests to reschedule an order and doesn't provide reschedule date (not a rejection)
When is this flipped: At time of attempted delivery by Customer Experience.
Note: All delayed orders will be canceled if no delivery date is provided within 3 days.
Rejected
Definition: Customer rejected the order in full (brand will be charged)
When is this flipped: At the time of attempted delivery by Customer Experience
