PROCEDURES
In the Nabis Portal, the brand will create a “new order” and indicate under the action “Brand Drops-Off to Nabis.”
In the order name, include Nabis order # and if this will be delivered to Nabis LA or Nabis Oakland.

In the licensed entity section, select the manufacturing license of the product being dropped off.Populate which warehouse location you’d like to drop-off product under the “Drop-ff Warehouse” data field as well, Nabitwo,LLC (Oakland), Nabis LA (Los Angeles), or Woodlake.
Please note: product intake timeline will be faster if product is dropped off at your source warehouse (where your product is being stored).

Submit the order and email help@nabis.com to coordinate. Include the following information:
Desired drop-off date and time in email. Nabis will confirm if the requested time slot works, or will propose another time/date.
If any of the contents of this dropoff need to be transferred to another Nabis hub, if so, include quantities to be transferred and create a transfer order in the Nabis portal once the product has been intaken.

We reserve the right to take up to 2 business days (excluding weekends) to intake a new order to properly verify the quantities and compliance of your product.

On the day of product pick-up, the brand is to notify the Nabis team 1 hour prior to arrival.

Please advise your driver to call your Nabis point person 30 minutes before arrival so that we have enough time to make our security team aware. It’s a large brick building called The Cannery and we are in Suites A & B. Please note that the building has a parking lot, but this is not where the entrance to our garage is. You will be able to turn into our garage directly from San Leandro Street. Our recommendation is to come Southbound down San Leandro Street so that you can make a right directly through our gate and into our garage. Dropoff hours 10am - 4pm PST. |
