Marketplace Restriction
With the launch of the new Sales Rules system, we no longer use Retailer Groups for managing Marketplace access. As a result, the “Allow Purchases” toggle has been moved and renamed to "Restrict Marketplace", now found in individual retailer settings.
Where to Find "Restrict Marketplace" switch
1. Go to the Accounts page.
2. Click on any individual retailer.
3. Navigate to the Retailer Settings tab.
4. You’ll see the Marketplace Restriction toggle there.
Head over to the Accounts page and click on a single retailer. Navigate to the "Retailer Settings" tab and there you will find the "Restrict Marketplace" switch
How to Tell if a Retailer Has a Marketplace Restriction
On the Accounts page, a red Marketplace Restriction icon will appear next to the retailer’s name if they are restricted.

To update this setting for multiple retailers:
1. Go to the Accounts page.
2. Select more than one retailer using the checkboxes.

FAQs
1. What happens if a retailer-product combination is included in multiple sales rules?
If multiple sales rules exist for the same retailer and product, the system will always default to the lowest price to maintain pricing consistency. One can use search in the sales rules dashboard to easily filter a retailer or product to easily find that lowest price set.
2. Can I restrict specific retailers from viewing all my products on Marketplace?
Yes, retailers can be placed on Marketplace restriction via individual retailer settings, preventing them from viewing or purchasing any of your brand’s products.
3. How does the bulk selection feature work?
Use filters to narrow down products or retailers based on attributes like category, tags, sales history, or location. Then, select all filtered results with a single click.
4. Can I see who last updated a sales rule?
Yes, the dashboard provides a "Last Updated" timestamp along with contributor details for each sales rule.
