This step-by-step guide shows you how to submit a Sample SKU Conversion order directly in your portal. Whether you're converting sample SKUs into sellable inventory or vice versa, this walkthrough will help you complete the process accurately and efficiently.
Follow the instructions below to get started.
First, create a new order and change the "Action" type drop-down menu, you will want to select "Sample SKU Conversion."
Then, you will select the regular-priced SKU you wish to convert
Lastly, you will select the already created sample SKU in the "Destination SKU" box
Please disclose the amount of product you want to be converted as well.
These conversions work both ways.
You can convert Sample SKUs into regular-priced inventory and vice versa.
Please remember that these conversions are still subject to the 36-hour turnaround and the conversion will take place on the date disclosed at the time of order creation.
