OVERVIEW
Custom Tags help you organize your products and make them easier to search and filter within your portal. This guide walks you through how to create and apply tags to SKUs for better visibility and management.
Follow the steps below to set up your own tags.
STEPS
On the Product Creation Page, you will see a section called ‘Custom Tag’.
By typing in and creating a tag or by selecting from the list a tag that has already been created, you can begin to curate custom pages that offer products associated with those tags.
For example, if you entered Brand New Products as a tag, and tagged 1 product with that custom tag, you could use the custom tag link to share that page containing products with that tag, which, if the tag is custom, would only be this one product.
You can also use 1 tag on multiple products to create custom landing pages of products.
For example again, if we add that Brand New Product custom tag to another product, and then share the link to that tag page, now two products will show up.
The link for each Custom Product Tag you make will be found on the homepage.
Keep in mind all brands have access to the network of created tags so if other brands add identical tags, all brand products will appear on those pages.
For this reason, I would recommend adding your brand name in the tags you create that are more generic to ensure that only your products get tagged with that specific tag.
"Custom Tags" is a field that can be included in the "Detailed Orders Report".
Including this field will create a column in the report that outlines the tags associated with the inventory placed on a brand's orders.
