OVERVIEW
The "In-Stock Notification" feature enables brands to stay informed on stock changes through three distinct event types—Batch Expiration, Stock Increase, and In-Stock—each of which can be configured per SKU. Brands can ensure they are always aware of key inventory movements, streamlining communication with retailers and internal teams.
KEY FEATURES
-
Batch Expiration Notifications: Subscribe to receive alerts when a batch of products is nearing its expiration date. The notification is triggered X days before expiration, with X being configurable per SKU.
-
Stock Increase Alerts: Get notified when the available quantity for a SKU surpasses a set threshold. This threshold is configurable per SKU, allowing brands to tailor the alert to specific product needs.
-
In-Stock Notifications: Receive an alert when a product's available quantity moves from below the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) to above it, ensuring immediate action when stock becomes available.
