Below is a Q&A of the most frequently asked questions regarding your Shareable Marketplace Link and Primary Contact Information.
Q. How can I share a link to my Brand Page to Retailers?
On the Home Page on Nabis, each Brand user will have a unique ‘Brand + Rep’ link, which takes the Retailer, after sign-in, directly to your page on the Marketplace. With the Brand + Rep link, that specific rep is auto-populated in the Checkout page in the field where it attributes a referral (which can be altered by the Retailer at checkout as well as by Brand Admins on the Orders Page on Nabis after the Marketplace order has been submitted.
Below is the auto-populated, optional ‘sales rep’ field on the Marketplace View For Retailers:
Note: This ‘Sold By’ Designation can be changed by a Brand Admin at any time on the Orders Page for all Marketplace and non-Marketplace originated orders.
Q. Where do referral links take the user?
All Referral Links on the Nabis Home Tab (both Brand + Rep links) lead users to a Public-Facing Brand Menu, regardless of whether they've onboarded on the Marketplace! Retailers who have already signed up for our Tracker/Marketplace will automatically be taken from this Menu straight to your Brand page, and Retailers who have not yet signed up will receive an invite in just a few clicks!
To view your Brand Menu as a prospective 'Retailer', please go to the Address Book and click the grey button ‘View Marketplace As Retailer’ for any retailer you’d like to view as.
Q. Will referral links only work for Retailers who have not signed up for Tracker/Marketplace?
Referral links will take users who are signed in directly to your Brand Page, and those who are not signed in (or signed up) to your public-facing menu, which provides no pricing/inventory information, but product descriptions and images.
Q. How do I list my Primary Contact for Retailers exploring my Marketplace Page?
GENERAL BRAND CONTACT: By default, this general marketplace contact is blank until an Admin updates this information by clicking on the “Organization settings” tab → “Edit”.
