OVERVIEW
This article will cover the submission of samples on an order. Samples can be sent on their own order or be sent alongside other products on a regular order.
SAMPLE ORDERS (Samples ONLY)
| For the Distributor’s transport of any trade samples that do not coincide with an Order, the charge is $75 per request. | $75 |
INSTRUCTIONS
Create an order inside your Nabis Portal by selecting "+ New order"
After selecting the retailer and date for delivery, add the requested products to the order
Once the requested items have been added, you'll open the drop-down menu, located on the line item, and then select the "Sample" option.
Repeat the steps above for all products you intend to send as Samples. Make sure you are adjusting the quantity to the correct amount for each SKU, as it will default to 1 unit.
