Confirmation emails are auto-generated by the system upon successful order submission.
WHO RECEIVES THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
The confirmation email will be sent to the contact person specified on the order form. Additional contacts can be added as needed. Please see this VIDEO.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
The confirmation email will include the following details:
Brand name
Retailer name
Delivery date
Order Total
Nabis Invoice (Bill of Lading)
Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
DELIVERY COORDINATION PROCESS
Confirmation Call: The Nabis team will initiate confirmation calls to retailers 48 hours in advance, following the order cutoff.
NON-RESPONSIVE RETAILERS
If a retailer does not respond to the confirmation call or email, we will proceed with the delivery as scheduled.
RESCHEDULING OR CANCELING ORDERS
If a retailer requests to reschedule or cancel the delivery, Nabis will do so and inform the brand via email.
