PAYMENTS OVERVIEW PAGE

• Every payment applied to your invoice is listed on this page with a - 
  • Unique transaction number, 
  • The date the payment was received,
  • The entity from which the payment originated (e.g., retailer).
    
    
• To see all the orders a payment has been applied to, you can hover over the order numbers to view all of the orders to which it has been applied.
  
  
• To see the latest payments, refresh the page each time.
  
  
  

PAYMENT DETAILS

• • Clicking on a payment transaction reveals detailed information, including the reference number, payment method, the specific orders to which the payment has been applied, and the application date. 
    
    
  • Payments applied to fees unrelated to orders, like software fees, will appear under "Non-order invoices for [brand name]."

• Applied at - This is the date in which the payment was counted and applied to the specific invoice. 
• Transaction # - This is a unique transaction number within the Nabis Platform.
