OVERVIEW
Welcome to the homepage of Nabis Tracker & Bill Pay which offers a high-level view of your Nabis account
GUIDE
Please ensure you are on the Tracker (Overview) and not the Nabis Marketplace (Featured); the toggle switch can be found on the left.
Active Orders - Once you're on the tracker, you will be able to see all of your Active Orders along with the scheduled date and fulfillment status just to the right.
At the top right are three options -
Payment details will give you all of the options you will be able to pay Nabis with (Cash, ACH, or Check.)
The AP Summary is a downloadable PDF of all the open balances for your license
Exporting invoices (CSV) will give you all of the orders you have ever ordered with your license.
Most ordered brands - If you scroll down near the bottom of the Home page, you will see the Most Ordered Brands view. This gives you access as to what brands you ordered from the most and how many orders have been delivered. It will also show the subtotal amount ordered for all the invoices pertaining to the brand.
Account Payables - To the right of the "Most Ordered Brands" section is the Account Payables section. While there is a payables homepage, this view provides a high-level summary of your open balance with Nabis while also including what invoices and amounts are outstanding and overdue.
The last thing you will see is the Order Calendar. This gives you access to see what each corresponding order number's payables status is. The Legend will appear when you hover over the question mark and indicates the payment statuses.
ORDERS
The orders page on the Nabis tracker will give a detailed view of the current and past orders in chronological order. Both views are the same for the current and past order tabs. You are also given access to live invoice updates and several other order specifics.

This symbol
will allow you to see an overview of your order specifics in a condensed view. If you click on the order number or the PDF, you will have the most recent version of the invoice; this will come in handy in the event there are any changes to your order.

will allow you to see all the same options as the overview, with the addition of the manifest details, seen in the second screenshot below, for a more detailed view.
CHANGELOG FOR RETAILERS
If you navigate to the 'Orders' tab on the left.
Then select this icon.
PAYABLES
The payables page will serve as an aging report for your portal login; in this view, you are also able to make payments, export your aging report, and see what is outstanding and overdue.
- All invoices that are pre-payable via ACH
All invoices that are delivered but not overdue
OUTSTANDING
The “Outstanding” tab, to the left of the Paid Tab, will show you all invoices that have been delivered and not paid yet.
PAID
The “Paid” Tab to the right of the Outstanding Tab will show you all the invoices that have been paid in full and closed out on our platform.
If you click on the “Sort by” option, you will be able to view your open orders by the following

At the top right are three options that are the exact same as the home page; this information is also found on pages 2.

TEAM
The team tab will provide all team members that are currently invited and already a part of. You will also be able to control all of your personnel through this view and allow banking for a Nabis admin or org owner.
ROLE DEFINITIONS
User - Edit/View the individual's account data.
Admin - Edit/View all account data
Org Owner (Admin) -
Only one org owner can be assigned per account; initially a Nabis admin will be able to be grant access to the org owner; once that is done, the new and true org owner will have full control over their personnel decisions and a Nabis admin will not be able to adjust any longer.
INVITING A TEAM MEMBER
At the top right of the team's page you will click onto “Invite Team Member” and enter the invitee’s email address. Please note the invite field is space and cap sensitive.
REMOVING A TEAM MEMBER
You must be an admin to remove a team member from your portal; if the team member you are trying to remove is the admin owner, you must re-assign the admin ownership to yourself or another team member, from there you will be able to simply remove any individual y clicking on the red box to the right of the person named in between “edit” and “assign org owner”
BANKING TOGGLE
Either a Nabis admin or org owner can have permissions for banking; this toggle must be turned on before you can process payment on Nabis billpay. Multiple admins are allowed to have the banking toggle on at once.
Team Tab-
SETTINGS
Here are the Settings for the Nabis Bill Pay. You will have multiple options. The picture listed above you will show you the location of the retailer. Here you will be able to edit the address to ensure everything is up to date.
LOCATION
This sub-page is used to update all your of location and contact information for your portal. Once this information is submitted, it will have to be approved by a Nabis admin before it's updated onto our platform.
LICENSES
This sub-page will allow you to either edit or enter in a new license for the same account/address. Please note if you have a new license for a different address then a new retailer account will need to be created, you can submit all of the new documents here.
LEGAL INFORMATION
This sub-page will allow you to either select or upload your W-9 & Sellers Permit info; this is useful for when you update your license annually.
DELIVERY PREFERENCES
This sub-page is used to update your delivery hours on our site; if you do not wish to receive orders on a certain day out of the week, all you need to do is simply click the red next to the hours or click “Unpreffered day” above, both actions are the same.

PAYMENTS
This last sub-page is simply to enter in your bank account info to initiate payment on Nabis Billpay.
You will notice there are several options to add Nabis billpay, however, this sub-page is the only option to remove a bank account in the event you ever need to do so.
SETTING UP ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS
How do I add my banking info to make payments in Nabis?

Navigate to the Nabis Tracker, and press Settings. Once in your settings page, press Payments.
If you have already added a bank, it will appear on the screen. If you do not already have a bank, press the yellow Add A New Bank button.
- After pressing Add A New Bank, you will be able to input and relevant banking information. You can repeat this process for any bank accounts you wish to add.
What happens if I press “Use ACH Validation Micro-Deposits”?
This is a great option for those who’d like an extra layer of security in making sure they link the right account. If choosing this option, Nabis will not validate your bank account immediately.
Instead, we will post two very small transactions, under one dollar, to your input bank account. Then, between 1-3 days later, depending on your bank’s processing time, you will be asked to upload confirmation of the amount of those two transactions.
Once I’ve linked a bank account, how do I use it to pay for invoices?
- In the Nabis Tracker, select the Payables tab. This will present a list of all available invoices. To view all payable invoices, select the blue Pay Now button. To view only overdue invoices, select the red Pay Now button.

Once on the invoice screen, you have flexibility in how you can pay for each invoice

To pay the full balance of all invoices, press the Pay All Checkbox.

To pay a partial balance of an individual invoice, input the amount you’d like to
pay.

To pay the full balance of a specific invoice, select the “Full” box next to that
invoice line alone.
Once happy with your selection, press Pay Electronically Now.
