This page is designed to provide detailed insights into your payment applications and help you manage unapplied payments efficiently.

 

PAYMENTS PAGE

We have added a new page called "Your Payments" to your "Marketplace Tracker". Here’s what you need to know:

 

WHAT PAYMENTS DO THE “PAYMENT” PAGE SHOW?

    • The “Payment” page shows all applied and unapplied payments starting from 04/20/2024.

WHAT CAN YOU DO ON THE "PAYMENT" PAGE?

    • View Payments: Access a comprehensive list of payments, including application details.

    • Unapplied Payments: Identify and manage payments that haven't been applied yet, conveniently sorted to the top for your ease of access, based on the unapplied amount of an invoice. To ensure the payments are properly applied to the appropriate invoice, contact help@nabis.com with the reference # and invoice # you want the unapplied payment allocated towards.

      **To have an unapplied payment allocated, please reach out to help@nabis.com with the Reference Number and the specific invoices you want the unapplied payment allocated towards**
      Example: Please apply unapplied payment CashLA.100522-17 to the following invoices:
      413132: $530
      426034: $1221
    • Filter Options: Narrow down your search by transaction number, order number, and paid date.
    • Export Capabilities: Export all payment records or just the unapplied payments for your convenience.

 

What Do The Columns Represent?

      • Transaction Number: Unique identifier for each payment.

      • Reference Numbers: Internal tracking numbers used by Nabis.

      • Payment Date: The date when Nabis received the payment.

      • Order and Applied Amount: Displays associated orders and the applied amount, which might differ from the total payment amount.

      • Total Payment Amount: The complete amount paid to Nabis.

      • Unapplied Amount: The portion of the payment that is not yet applied.

      • Brands: The brands of orders in which the payment was applied to.
