OVERVIEW
Welcome to the homepage of Nabis Tracker & Bill Pay, which offers a high-level view of your Nabis account.
GUIDE
Please ensure you are on the Tracker and not the Nabis Marketplace (Featured); the toggle switch can be found on the left.
Orders - Once you're on the tracker, you will be able to see all of your Orders along with the scheduled date and Delivery Status just to the right.
Payment Instructions will give you all of the options you will be able to pay Nabis with (Cash, ACH, or Check.)
The AP Summary is a downloadable CSZ of all the open balances for your license
Exporting invoices (CSV) will give you all of the orders you have ever ordered with your license.
ORDERS
The orders page on the Nabis tracker will give a detailed view of the current and past orders in chronological order. Both views are the same for the current and past order tabs. You are also given access to live invoice updates and several other order specifics.

CHANGELOG FOR RETAILERS
If you navigate to the 'Orders' tab on the left.
Then select the option "View order details" from the 3-Dot menu on the right-hand side of each order.
PAYABLES
The payables page will serve as an aging report for your portal login; in this view, you are also able to make payments, export your aging report, and see what is upcoming, outstanding, and overdue.
You can also see the payment status listed next to each invoice.
All invoices that are pre-payable via ACH
OUTSTANDING
The “Outstanding” tab, to the left of the Paid Tab, will show you all invoices that have been delivered and not paid yet.
PAST PAYMENTS
The “PAST PAYMENTS” Under the "Payables" tab will show you all the invoices that have been paid in full and closed out on our platform.
If you click on the “All filters” option, you will be able to view your open orders by the following

USERS
The Users tab will provide all team members who are currently invited and already a part of. You will also be able to control all of your personnel through this view and allow banking for a Nabis admin or org owner.
ROLE DEFINITIONS
User - Edit/View the individual's account data.
Admin - Edit/View all account data
INVITING A TEAM MEMBER
Under the "User" tab, you'll see a button to "Add User"
At the top right of the team's page you will click onto "Add User" and enter the invitee’s email address. Please note the invite field is space and case-sensitive.
REMOVING A USER
You must be an admin to remove a team member from your portal; you will be able to simply remove any individual by clicking on the "Remove User" located in the 3-Dot menu on the right of each user listing.
PAYABLES TOGGLE
Either a Nabis admin or org owner can have permissions for submitting payments; this toggle must be turned on before you can process a payment in the Nabis Tracker. Multiple admins are allowed to have the "Manage Payables" toggle on at once.

SETTINGS
Here are the Settings for the Nabis Bill Pay. You will have multiple options. The picture listed above you will show you the location of the retailer. Here you will be able to edit the address to ensure everything is up to date.
LOCATIONS & LICENSES
This page is used to update all your of location and contact information for your portal. Once this information is submitted, it will have to be approved by a Nabis admin before it's updated onto our platform.
It will also allow you to either edit or enter in a new license for the same account/address. Please note if you have a new license for a different address then a new retailer account will need to be created, you can submit all of the new documents here.
LEGAL INFORMATION
This sub-page will allow you to either select or upload your W-9 & Sellers Permit info; this is useful for when you update your license annually.

Making a payment using Bill Pay
Locate the Payables section
- Navigate to the Tracker on the Nabis platform, where youʼll find the 'Payables' section
- Payables section helps Retailers quickly find, filter, and manage their payables in one place.
Select invoices to make a payment for
- Retailer can choose one or more invoices theyʼd like to include in their payment.
- They can mix invoices across multiple licenses or organizations if needed.
Make a payment
Select or add a new bank account
Schedule a date to make a payment
Enter the amount to pay for each invoice
Review the total payment amount and submit.
Payables filters
Quick filters
Three quick filters appear at the top of the page for fast access to common views:
- Overdue invoices
- Outstanding invoices
- Upcoming AR
Advanced filters
Select All filters to filter the invoice list by:
- Licensed location
- Brand
- Payment status
- Order number
- Due date
- Delivery date
- Balance due
- Order total
- Partial invoices with less than 20% balance remaining
Exporting invoices
A CSV export of all unpaid invoices is available from this view.
Permissions
Access to BillPay features is governed by two permission levels:
1. Manage payables includes:
- View Payables tab
- View Past Payments tab
- Access limited to assigned locations only
2. Manage users includes:
- All Manage payables capabilities

FAQs
Who has access to Payables?
Users with the “Manage Payables” permission have access to view the Payables and Past Payments tab. Retailers can grant their users granular controls over specific locations by managing the “Access to locations” options. Only invoices and payments for the selected locations will be visible to the user.
Users with the “Manage users” permission have access to all locations.
How long do ACH payments take to process?
ACH transfers typically take 2–3 business days to process. Processing times may vary based on your bank and the
payment submission time.
Can Retailers cancel or edit a scheduled payment?
No, a Retailer cannot currently cancel or edit a payment on the Nabis portal. Contact our Customer Experience team if an emergency occurs.
Can Retailers make partial payments?
Yes. You can enter custom payment amounts for each invoice.
What happens if an ACH payment fails?
If a payment fails, it will appear as Failed in the Past Payments tab. Common causes include insufficient funds or
incorrect bank information. Retailer can submit another payment once the issue is resolved.
Where can I view previous payments?
All completed and in-progress ACH payments are listed in the Past Payments tab with full details, including status, total paid, and associated invoices.
Can I pay invoices from multiple licenses or organizations at once?
Yes. Bill Pay supports payments across multiple licensed locations or organizations, as long as they are linked to a
Retailerʼs account.
