OVERVIEW
This article will cover the steps required to build out custom roles and permissions inside of your Nabis New York Portal.
INFORMATION
In the Nabis Portal, you'll see a menu option on the left-hand side for "Permissions". Under that tab, you'll see options for "Users" and "Roles".
Users - A list of all active users that have been invited to your portal; you can see their current permissions in the "Roles" column.
Roles - An area where you can create custom roles and permissions, and invite users to have access to those roles/permissions.
STEPS FOR SETUP
To create a custom role for your users, begin by navigating to "Roles" then select the "+ New Role" button.
You'll then be asked to add a Role Name and a Role Description.
Next, you'll want to add the Users that you want to have access to this Custom Role.
Once you've added the Users that should have access to this Role, you'll want to set the permissions that they should now be allowed to access upon submission.
After that last step is completed, just click the "Create role" button, and the changes to permissions for those users will take effect.
