Nabis has released two menu offerings to support your brand’s marketing outreach.
- Public Menu – Login‑free web link (no pricing) you grab in the Marketplace tab; send it to prospects so they can browse live inventory and, if already logged in, get auto‑redirected to your priced marketplace page.
- Printable Menu (PDF) – Rep‑tagged PDF with pricing and QR/link, downloadable from the Marketplace tab; perfect for in‑store leave‑behinds or emails, and any orders placed through it credit the sharing rep.

Public Menu – “No‑Login” Digital Catalog
Purpose: Expose live inventory to prospects who aren’t on Nabis yet.
How to use:
- Copy your Public Menu URL from the Marketplace tab on the Nabis App.
- Paste into outreach emails, texts, Linktree, or social DMs.
- Add a short call‑to‑action (e.g., “Browse what’s in stock, no login needed”).
When to choose it:
- Cold outreach to first‑time buyers
- Mass campaigns where ease‑of‑access beats showing price
- Website / social bio links
PDF Menu – Trackable Sales Collateral
Purpose: Printable or shareable menu with pricing and automatic rep credit.
What’s inside:
- SKU listing with price, THC %, strain, expiry
- Your contact details (email / phone)
- QR code + deep links that tag the rep on any orders that follow
How to use:
- Click to download the PDF from your Marketplace tab on the Nabis App.
- Print for in‑store visits or attach to follow‑up emails.
- Remind buyers to scan / click the QR so you get credit.
When to choose it:
- In‑person meetings & trade shows
- Warm leads who need pricing to decide
- Tracking the impact of each rep’s outreach

How to Add Your Public Menu Link to a Gmail Signature
Open Gmail Settings
- Click the ⚙️ gear icon in the upper‑right corner of Gmail.
- Select “See all settings.”
Create or Edit a Signature
- In the General tab, scroll to “Signature.”
- Click “Create new” (or select an existing signature to edit).
- Give the signature a name (e.g., Nabis Menu).
Insert the Public Menu Link
- Type the text you want shown (e.g., Browse our live menu).
- Highlight that text and click the link icon 🔗 in the formatting bar.
- Paste your Public Menu URL (found on the Marketplace tab on the Nabis App)
- Press OK.
Add Optional Details (recommended)
- Under the link, list your role, phone, or social icons.
- Keep it concise—no more than 3–4 lines total.
Set Signature Defaults
- Still in Signature defaults, choose this signature for New Email and/or Reply/Forward as desired.
Save Changes
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Save Changes.”
- Send yourself a test email to confirm the link opens the Public Menu without requiring login.
