OVERVIEW
This guide outlines how retailer users can request display samples on the Nabis Marketplace. Retailers can only request display samples for products where the brand has enabled this feature. If there’s a product you’d like to be able to order a display sample for that the brand has not enabled, please reach out directly to your rep.
Retailers now have the ability to request display samples when ordering products. This feature helps reduce the complexity of adding display units to your orders, and it automatically deducts one unit from the product’s case-pack.
Please note that retailers are limited to one display sample per SKU on the Marketplace. If more than one display sample is required, contact the brand directly to place the order through their brand order-form.
STEPS TO REQUEST DISPLAY SAMPLES
- Search for Products on the Marketplace
Log into the Nabis Marketplace and search for the product you want to order. - Look for a Display Sample Checkbox
On the product detail page, check if the Sample option is available. If the brand has enabled the product, you can toggle the option to add a display sample to your order.
- Add Multiple Display Samples in Bulk
If you are using list view, select the products where display samples are available and bulk-add the samples in one go using the “S” button next to each SKU. - Understanding Sample Limits
Remember, you are only allowed one display sample per SKU on the Marketplace. If you need more than one sample, contact the brand directly, and they can place the order through their brand order form.
