OVERVIEW
At the discretion of respective teams, Nabis provides expedited or additional distribution services at the following rates, which apply to any other regular contract rates. Nabis reserves the right to decline any request, particularly if it may create undue disruptions to operations. Territory schedule restrictions still apply.
LAST-MINUTE ORDER CHANGES
Please note that the standard contracted lead time requires orders to be placed at noon, two days before the desired delivery/pickup date. Rush fees will be assessed for orders initiated or adjusted after the desired delivery date's respective cut-off time.

OFF-CYCLE ORDERS / CHANGES
Brand contracts determine the number of pick-ups/drop-offs allowed over a period of time (ex. 2 pick-ups per month). Further inbound orders in excess of the agreed-upon number will incur an off-cycle fee in addition to any predetermined intake fees.

SELF-DISTRIBUTION ORDER CHANGES
Please note that "Brand Picks Up From Nabis" orders intended to be used for self-distribution use an alternative pricing model, so the quotes below reflect the total cost of the movement (for orders under $10k). In these situations, partners must prepare an accurate manifest for verification by a Nabis team member.

DELIVERY TO BRAND ORDERS
| For Distributor’s transport of any inventory back to a brand’s licensed facility, Nabis will charge the Brand Minimum Fee or 1% of the order’s value, whichever is higher, for orders of less than $10,000 GMV (orders above $10,000 GMV will be assessed on an ad-hoc basis) | 1% or $170, whichever is greater |
SAMPLE ORDERS (Trade Samples or Donation Items ONLY)

REJECTED ORDERS

PRODUCT RETURN
| Return Fee. For coordinating Returns, $170 per Order that is delivered and returned. | $170 |
LAB TESTING

LABELING

DESTRUCTION

ADDITIONAL CASH PICK-UP

120+ INVENTORY STORAGE
| The minimum fee is 1 pallet, which is $500, with 3,000 units being our average pallet size. Every additional increment of 1,500 units will cost $250, we will not be charging a per unit fee. We will not charge a fee for anything less than 500 units. | $500 |
BEVERAGE PICK-UP
